This apartment is really ideally located, a unique apartment in a very peaceful neighborhood of the center of Glyfada. It consists 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and was fully renovated in 2014. Everything in the apartment are totally new. There are two bedrooms with closes and two bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven,microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, cutlery, dishes and pans, kettle, espresso coffee maker, toaster. You will enjoy having your complimentary coffee during your stay.There is also a vacuum cleaner and a laundry machine and a PC. There is autonomous heating system and a fireplace. The apartment is fully air conditioned and there is a boiler which provides 24 hours hot water. There are big balconies, where you can relax or enjoy your breakfast or a delicious dinner. Of course the beds are already made-up, with fresh ironed sheets from top quality brand. Furthermore there are clean towels for every single of you. Entire property has free WIFI! The apartment is ideal for families or couples who want to spend their summer holidays in a beach side apartment, in one of the most elegant areas of Athens. The nearest beach is only 500 m away, but also there are plenty of organized beaches in Voula and Vouliagmeni area. During summer time the coast line of Glyfada, Voula & Vouliagmeni areas are very popular choice for swimming , walking and dinning. Located close to the sea we are enjoying the fresh sea breeze in the summer time compared to the more warm center but most important away from any traffic jams and all the demonstrations that take place in the center of Athens. The apartment is very close to a pharmacy, banks and public transport 300 m away from the apartment. There is a bus station from where you can take a bus to the city centre. 500 m away from the apartment there is a super market, a bakery and a pharmacy. In only 200 m from the apartment you can find a playground for children. Decorated with high res prints of Modern Art, this lovely house is fully equipped and will provide you the best stay for your vacations. The building was constructed in the late 70's and the apartment, which lies in the forth floor (accessed by elevator). The apartment is 90 s.q. with a 30 s.q. of veranda. There is a spacious living room with a really comfortable double sofa bed and a single sofa bed which can be used as beds. Also a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen. You will enjoy having your complimentary coffee during your stay. Each of the bedrooms has an en suite bathroom and a big closet. Bed linen, towels, the bath amenities and all electric devices are provided. The balcony with the amazing sea view will offer you the completely ideally relaxation who everyone needs in the vacations . The house is ideal for families, couples or friends who want to spend their holidays in a beach side apartment, in one of the most elegant areas of Athens. The nearest beach is Glyfada A Beach is less than 200 meters and a thousant meters the Glyfada Golf Club of Athens.
